My Counselling Ethos

More than relief from distress, talking therapy is an opportunity to rediscover your sense and connection to true self, make meaningful change at your own pace and unburden yourself from negative feelings, thoughts and behaviours that have held you back for years and prevent you from enjoying the life you deserve to live.

If you’re thinking about starting counselling, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call on my contact page, to explore what counselling might look and feel like for you  and how I can support you in achieving this
