As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches — including person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment-based models — to tailor our sessions to your individual needs.
Counselling with me is collaborative: we explore your emotions, thoughts, and patterns together, helping you develop greater understanding, resilience, and self-compassion.
I offer counselling support for a range of emotional and relational challenges, including:
Anxiety and stress
Trauma and post-traumatic experiences
Grief, loss and bereavement
Relationship and family difficulties
Low self-esteem and self-worth
Depression and low mood

I believe therapy offers more than relief from distress — it’s an opportunity to rediscover your sense of connection, confidence, and possibility.
Clients often tell me they value my calm, grounded, and compassionate approach, which helps them feel safe to talk openly and make meaningful change at their own pace.
