I’m Michael, a Level 5 Advanced Counsellor in Psychotherapeutic Training and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I provide in-person counselling in Worcester (WR2), where you can expect a warm, welcoming and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and at your own pace.
At WeAreCounselling, I support adults, young people and families who seek to make sense of their personal experiences, work through challenges, and move towards greater balance and self-understanding.

As an MBACP-registered practitioner, I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD).
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches — including person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment-based models — to tailor our sessions to your individual needs.
Counselling is a collaborative process: we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and behavioural patterns together, we identify recurring themes, helping you develop greater understanding, resilience, and self-compassion.
